A Five star luxury villa with 5 bedrooms including 2 masters with en-suite bathrooms.
The premier location and private tropical views set this home apart from the others. Enjoy morning coffee or tea as the water cascades from the spa into the pool and you look out to the tranquil woodlands. Spend the day taking in the nearby Disney or Universal parks, or one of dozens of other Central Florida attractions, then relax with a bottle of wine as you enjoy stunning sunsets on the horizon. How about a late night dip in the lighted pool or 102 degree hot tub to put a bow on a perfect vacation day.
Pool/spa heat $20 per day + tax. Required October through May; optional other months.

Exterior
The tropical and serene pool area is the focal point of this home.
Very private setting with conservation area behind (no neighbors). Southwestern exposure ensures plenty of sunshine on the pool deck while the large lanai offers shade and outdoor enjoyment even during those late afternoon Florida showers.
Pool and spa are like brand new. Completely resurfaced featuring beautiful blue "Fuji Sky" tile in October of 2020.
We are located in the upscale Tuscan Ridge neighborhood; a beautifully maintained residential community. It is conveniently located in close proximity to the attractions, but away from the typical tourist area craziness. Great for morning and/or evening walks!
(This is a pet-free / smoke-free home.)
